HOW IT WORKS

Store Credit will be issued after the qualifying order has been completed.

The qualifying spend is based on the eligible merchandise subtotal after discounts and excludes shipping fees.

Each order will receive Store Credit based on the highest qualifying tier reached.

All Apparel and Selected Specials rewards cannot be combined on the same eligible amount unless otherwise stated.

STORE CREDIT VALIDITY

Promotional Store Credit is valid for 90 days from the date the qualifying order is completed.

Expired Store Credit:

cannot be extended;
cannot be reinstated;
cannot be reissued;
cannot be exchanged for cash.

Store Credit is also:

non-refundable;
non-transferable;
not redeemable for cash;
not withdrawable to any bank account or payment method.

PROMOTION ORDER POLICY

All promotional purchases are final sale.

Except where required by applicable law, promotional items are not eligible for return, exchange or refund due to:

change of mind;
incorrect size selection;
colour or style preference;
duplicate purchase;
personal fit or suitability.

This does not affect any rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

Cancelled, unpaid, failed, fraudulent or incomplete orders are not eligible for Store Credit.

If an order is cancelled, refunded, partially refunded or adjusted after Store Credit has been issued, the Store Credit may be cancelled or recalculated based on the final eligible order value.

Any excess Store Credit already issued may be deducted from the customer's Store Credit balance.

OTHER IMPORTANT TERMS

Different orders cannot be combined to reach a higher reward tier.

Completed orders cannot be topped up later to qualify for the next tier.

Shipping fees do not count toward the qualifying spend.

Store Credit used as payment does not generate additional promotional Store Credit unless otherwise stated.

The promotion is available online at ccc10ccc.com and participating physical stores during the stated promotion period.

CCC10CCC reserves the right to correct obvious system errors, duplicated Store Credit, incorrect reward calculations or misuse of the promotion, subject to applicable law.

活动方式

Store Credit 将于符合资格的订单完成后发放。

活动消费门槛以折扣后的合资格商品小计计算，运费不计算在内。

每张订单按照最终达到的最高消费阶梯获得相应 Store Credit。

All Apparel 与 Selected Specials 的回馈不可就同一笔合资格消费重复获得，除非活动另有说明。

STORE CREDIT 有效期

本活动获得的 Promotional Store Credit，自符合资格订单完成日起 90天内有效。

Store Credit 过期后：

不可延期；
不可恢复；
不可重新发放；
不可兑换现金。

Store Credit 同时：

不可退款；
不可转让；
不可兑换现金；
不可提现至银行账户或任何付款方式。

活动订单退换政策

所有活动订单均属于 Final Sale。

除适用法律规定的情况外，活动商品不接受因以下个人原因提出的退货、换货或退款：

改变主意；
选错尺码；
不喜欢颜色或款式；
重复购买；
个人身形或穿着效果不合适。

以上条款不会影响消费者在适用法律下不可被排除的合法权利。

订单取消及退款

未付款、付款失败、取消、欺诈、风险或未完成订单均不会获得 Store Credit。

如 Store Credit 发放后，原订单发生取消、退款、部分退款或金额调整，相关 Store Credit 可按照最终实际合资格消费金额取消或重新计算。

如已多发 Store Credit，商家有权从顾客账户中的 Store Credit 余额扣回。

其他重要规则

不同订单不可合并以达到更高回馈阶梯。

订单完成后不可通过补差价升级至更高回馈阶梯。

运费不计入活动消费门槛。

使用现有 Store Credit 支付的金额，不会再次产生本活动 Promotional Store Credit，除非活动另有说明。

活动期间适用于 ccc10ccc.com 官网及参与活动的实体门店。

在法律允许范围内，如出现明显系统错误、重复发放 Credit、错误计算或滥用活动的情况，CCC10CCC 有权根据正确活动规则作出调整。
