We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our sole discretion.

- All products are subject to availability
- We reserve the right to limit quantities per order
- Product images are for illustration purposes only
- Slight variations in colour, texture, or fit may occur due to lighting, screen display, or production differences
We do not guarantee that product descriptions or content are error-free.
4. Orders & Acceptance
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
We reserve the right to:
- Refuse or cancel any order at any time
- Limit or prohibit orders that appear to be placed by resellers, distributors, or suspicious parties
Once an order is placed:
- It cannot be cancelled, modified, or amended
- Incorrect information provided by the customer is the customer’s responsibility
If an order is cancelled by us after payment, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
5. Pricing & Payments
- All prices are listed in MYR (Malaysian Ringgit)
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice
- Promotional offers are not combinable unless explicitly stated
We accept payment via:
- Credit / Debit Cards
- Online Banking (FPX)
- E-wallets (where available)
Orders will only be processed after full payment is successfully received.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time.
6. Shipping & Delivery
6.1 Processing Time
- Ready stock items: shipped within 1–3 working days
- Pre-order items: shipped according to estimated timeline stated on product page
6.2 Delivery Scope
- Malaysia
- Singapore
- International orders (via manual arrangement)
6.3 Risk & Responsibility
- Risk of loss passes to the customer upon dispatch
- We are not responsible for:
- courier delays
- lost or damaged parcels after shipment
- incorrect shipping details provided by the customer
Additional charges due to failed delivery attempts or re-delivery are borne by the customer.
7. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
7.1 No Refund Policy
All purchases are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
7.2 Exchanges
- Requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving the item
- Applicable only for size exchange
- Subject to stock availability
- Customer bears all shipping costs
7.3 Returns (Store Credit Only)
Eligible items:
- Charme label
- Purchased at original price
Conditions:
- Return request within 7 days of receipt
- Approved returns will be issued as store credit only
- Store credit validity: 500 days
7.4 Return Conditions
Items must be:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- In original condition with all tags attached
We reserve the right to reject any return that does not meet these conditions.
Unauthorized returns will not be processed.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including but not limited to:
- images
- designs
- logos
- text
- branding
is the exclusive property of CCC10CCC / Charme and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
No part may be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent.

- indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

- violation of any law or third-party rights

We shall not be held liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

- strikes
